We’ll be eating clean for 5 days.

This means plant based, nothing heavily processed, artificial, chemical, or refined anything. 

You’ll receive 21 recipes you can choose from along with a pre-done shopping list.


 You’ll have access to me for the entire week to answer any and all questions you may have about this style of eating.

 

This is for you if:

~ you want to eat better, but aren’t really sure what that means or looks like. 

~ you want to improve your health & develop better food choices 

 – some guided support when it comes to grocery shopping & meal preparation could be beneficial. 

 
We start August 13 ( Saturday ) through August 19 ( Friday )

Saturday & Sunday are prep days for you to go grocery shopping.

You’ll receive your recipes & shopping list on Friday August 12th.

You can certainly partake in this solo – with friends is always fun as well so you can talk amongst each other through the process.
