This program focuses on a plant prominent, whole foods way of eating.
You will learn which foods help your body thrive, and which ones don’t. You will learn cooking tips & tricks, receive recipes, and set goals to help build habit change towards a healthier way of eating.
We start with a Breakthrough Session video call.
We then meet every other week for 45 minutes via phone call.
This program is 10 months long with 20 sessions total.
