So what does a coaching session look like?
Sessions are approx. 1hr
The coaching you receive is held virtually over the phone and / or video.
You choose the pace of the coaching. We can meet either weekly, or every other week.
Some in-between session guidance is available.
All coaching packages range from 3 Months to 12 Months long.
These are starting ranges and continued coaching is always available if wanted.
Lifestyle changes take place slowly over time and it is very helpful to remain in guidance throughout the seasons of life so your changes are permanent and sustainable.
I encourage you to dig deep and find root causes of imbalances and then work with you on behavioral changes to adjust the areas where you want improvement.
