I live a little differently than most.
My food is from plants
Im working on growing most of it in my own garden
I dont do alcohol, refined sugar, or caffeine
I live simply and peacefully
With bursts of joy and excitment
I dont do the go go go hectic rush that burns people out – I fill my days with things I enjoy.
The majority of the food I eat is prepared at home; made from scratch
I listen more than I speak ( sometimes 😉 )
Theres a lot more to be heard than we realise
I prioritize sitting and being
I love nature and water
Blueberries and cacao
The beach is where I came from
And I get lost in the beauty of waterfalls

My food philosophy – if it can’t be naturally grown in a garden or sustainable farm – don’t eat it. The majority of the diet should be plant based whole foods minus artificial, chemical, synthetic ingredients. No preservatives or refined sugar. Every body is different and diet changes should be taken slowly over time. I help you find the foods that work best for your body and teach you how to get back to your intuitive knowing of what to eat and what not to eat. Lets eat to nourish and thrive!
