Youtube Classes
You can find over 70 different yoga classes on Youtube. Classes that range from beginner basics, yin & restorative, vinyasa, to yoga nidra. You will find a gentle style of teaching that focuses on syncing your breath to your movement, heightening your present moment awareness, clearing mental clutter, while building ample strength and a grounded sturdy foundation – physically and mentally.

Jody’s Yoga Journey
I stumbled across my first yoga studio in 2013. One of the first classes I took was a restorative class and it changed my world. I remember sleeping better than I had in years that night.
Yoga has been apart of my life ever since. I practice yoga so I can keep my body and mind healthy well into my later years.
I received my 200hr yoga certification through Authentic Movements in Costa Rica in 2019.
I offer the space to go deep into postures to really open the body physically, mentally, and spiritually if desired. I encourage students to go slow, use the breath, and really listen to their unique body to see what it needs in the moment; as an open hip today, could be a tight hip tomorrow.
I encourage students to come into their practice with an open and curious mind to see what their body is wanting to show them and teach them that day. I have found with this perspective we learn so much about ourselves and our bodies we didn’t know existed.
