A little about me: I stumbled across my first yoga studio in 2013. One of the first classes I took was a restorative class and it changed my world. I remember sleeping so well that night.

Yoga has been apart of my life ever since and Restorative Yoga is now what I teach. In our fast paced world some time to relax, restore, and come back into the present moment is certainly needed. I practice yoga so I can keep my body healthy well into my later years.

I received my 200hr yoga certification through Authentic Movements in Costa Rica in 2019.

My restorative classes are the time to fully unwind and soften the body. I offer the space to go deep into postures to really open the body physically, mentally, and spiritually if desired. I encourage students to go slow, use the breath, and really listen to their unique body to see what it needs in the moment; as an open hip today, could be a tight hip tomorrow.

I encourage students to come into their practice with an open and curious mind to see what their body is wanting to show them and teach them that day. I have found with this perspective we learn so much about ourselves and our bodies we didn’t even know existed!
