My work lives in that moment.
I’m Jody Vining – a guide for those who feel disconnected from their body, their clarity, and their own inner voice, and who are ready to gently return to themselves.
Through nourishment, yoga, nutrition, and grounded conversation, I help people slow down, reconnect, and begin listening to the wisdom that has been inside them all along.
Not to become someone new.
But to remember who they already are.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe anyone is broken.
There is nothing wrong with you that needs fixing.
Most of the time, what people are experiencing is simply the result of being pulled too far away from their own inner knowing and center – by noise, pressure, expectations, or years of trying to follow someone else’s roadmap.
My work is about helping people step out of that noise and come back home to themselves.
Instead of asking:
“What should I be doing?”
We begin asking:
“What feels true for me?”
This return to self is where clarity, confidence, and real healing begin.
What Changes When We Work Together
When someone enters this work, things begin to soften and shift.
The masks people have been wearing start to come off. Layers begin to peel back.
People begin to see themselves more clearly – often in ways they haven’t in years.
They start asking deeper questions:
Who am I really?
What brings me joy?

My work draws from years of experience in yoga, nutrition, and somatic awareness.
I am trained in yoga instruction and holistic nutrition and wellness through Authentic Movements and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
A Little More About Me
Outside of my work, I’m someone who finds deep joy in simple things.
I love creating artwork and working with color.
I love gardening and being outside in nature. Sunshine and warmth fill me up. If there’s a waterfall within driving distance, I’ve most likely been to it; multiple times.
You’ll usually find me with my three dogs nearby, eating fresh fruit, or spending time near water.
These simple rhythms – nature, creativity, nourishment, nutrition, and movement, are the same things that ground my life and inspire the work I share with others.
