The first warming drink I turn to when the seasons start to transition from summer to fall is Golden Milk. Its hearty, filling, warming and nourishing.
Spices like turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger – kick start your digestion, aid in reducing inflammation, and balancing blood sugar levels.
Cardamom is cooling and aids in digestion as well.
The adaptogens ashwagandha and maca help our systems adapt to the change of the seasons as well as any and all changes in life; bringing a balance of energy with destressing.
