The coaching I offer is centered around nutrition, gut health, and mindset. With this said – all doors are open for any topic as health is holistic. Topics like relationships, past traumas, career, spirituality and everything in-between are open for discussion as trouble in a relationship can cause stress leading to digestion problems. Its all about working to find that root cause and healing / adjusting at the source.
