The Health Coaching industry has grown a lot over the last handful of years so it is important to make sure when hiring a coach that the coach you are interviewing is properly skilled and the right fit for you!
A properly trained Health Coach will also be doing the same in your initial chat and making sure they have the skills needed to help you with what you need. If the coach feels they are not a good fit ( i.e. they are trained in gut health and you’re looking for a detailed exercise regimen personalized to you ) they will refer you ( hopefully! ) to someone who is a better fit.
It is important to make sure you are working with a well trained Coach as you will be paying good money and want to receive the changes you are looking for. Make sure you are as clear as you can be about what it is you are looking for and what you are expecting.
